I have played netball since the age of nine (initially for Kardale before my mum set up a localy team) and was playing senior netball from the age of 11/12.
As a senior I have played for a number of teams at a variety of levels and I currently play for and captain the Kardale Prem team.

When I was 20 I did some assistant coaching and really enjoyed it but unfortunately work got in the way and I was no longer able to carry on.

In 2014 I was approached by the club and asked if I would like to coach the years 3/4/5/6 I and in March 2015 I passed my Level 2 coaching award. The following September I coached the Year 7s and 8s and this year I am coaching the Year 8 and Year 9 Youth Squad.
I also coach at Heathlands School.
