I joined the committee in 2020 as Lead COVID-19 Officer, although through my daughter have been connected with Kardale for over 8 years. I played netball at school and for local club until I went off to do my nurse training and was pleased to see my daughter take an interest in netball, playing with Kardale from year 5 through to senior teams and assistant coach.

I am a registered nurse and work within the NHS where I am the Director of Nursing and Quality at Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust. At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic I led the Incident Control Centre for the organisation and am also the Director of Infection, Prevention and Control (DIPC) for the Trust. Presently I am leading on the vaccination programme as the Senior Responsible Officer for HCT for COVID-19 vaccination centres across Hertfordshire, West Essex, Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes.
